Songs skip on TV and Deezer app

Hi. 

Just got a new Hitachi TV with the Deezer and connected it to my account. Every song skips at exactly 2min 36 seconds. No other connected account is affected.

I have looked at all settings, and nothings makes any difference. 

How can I get the full songs to play?

I also have problems with continually skipping songs on Google Home speakers. I reboot the speaker and that fixes the problem for a while, but it eventually comes back (usually after several days). I suspect it's a software problem where the API key is timing out or something, or the stream is interrupted from the Deezer CDN but it seems far too consistent for that.

Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried looking for updates to the TV firmware? I recommend switching it off after logging out and restarting your router, then trying again.

I got exactly the same problem and it make it impossible to listen to music on deezer. My firmware etc is updated as far as I can see.

This is really annoying, I would appreciate if someone knew a fix.

Apart from uninstalling the app, restarting TV and network router, and then reinstalling the app again, we're finding it difficult to resolve some of these issues. But I also have good news :relaxed: our developers are working on updating our TV apps and we should have more news about it very soon. Please stay tuned to our community and keep us posted too! :v_tone2:

None of the above fixes work. 

Resorting to not using Deezer on my TV but it's a shame because it's a decent outlet for this app.

Sorry to hear that.

Have you tried to remove app, take the cord from wallet of TV, and put TV back on, install Deezer.

If your model uses WebOS as Smart TV cloud, then they will release new Deezer app soon.

Using HDMI port from your laptop you can screen your Web App of Deezer to that TV.

The app has been reinstalled on my tv and at the last update I can no longer delete it from the app store. The steps I've taken are as follows. I checked to see if there was an update, pulled out a power cord, pulled the cable out of the internet, returned to the settings factory. And yet unsuccessfully, :( I hope they arrive soon to solve this annoying mistake.. But it's amazing that others who have a problem, too, are transferring songs to everyone after 2 min 36 secs at the same time.

Thanks for coming back to us. When have you had your Deezer app updated? Does your Hisense TV have the Vidaa OS? Is yes, our app hasn't been launched yet, but will be very soon!

Yes i have Hisense 55a7500f ( VIDAA 4.0) OS. 

I'd say it was up-to-preview about a month ago because he asked me to log in through the Qr code. And I think the app's changed a little bit. 

And after that, I got two deezer apps. But it's the same whichever one I turn on, the song changes after two minutes and 36 seconds.

What's the Deezer app version? Have you tried restarting the TV to see if it helps? Is this happening to the same tracks or random ones?

Hello @Rudi , I have tried it on both versions of the app as theres two? And resetting my TV does not help. Its every track that I play.
