problems connecting to Nuvo player

Hi since some days I am suffering some problems trying to connect to my Nuvo player system with my Deezer account. Is there any server issues that's preventing this operation to be done?

Sorry for the late reply - your topic fell off the grid.
We don't officially support the Nuvo - but you can try to see if there's a firmware update and also switch off the system and your router for about 3 min and then switch everything on again.

When I subscribe to deezer I have difficulty accessing a search through Google but there is no problem with the program that is downloaded through the store this is what I want to say I hope you understand my words thanks for your reply

Hallo and thanks for your reply. I was sold the Nuvo system claiming it was connected with Deezer account and indeed it has been working ever since 2017 July. Now, without any previous warning, Nuvo disconnects from Deezer account, and it says "Deezer is not available" so I don't see my favourites my music and all in all I can't play any music from Nuvo. Yes, if I switch in and off it starts again, but it's something bothering indeed. Would like to understand if there is a way out. Pls. Note I have a premium account. Thank you for any help.
My Nuvo P3100's were problematic with Deezer a couple of weeks ago but rebooting them fixed it.

Got a reply from our devs and it seems that Nuvo is using our public API. Could you double check if there are any updates for your box or app within Nuvo?
