Playlist skipping through tracks rapidly - "an error has occured". Panasonic Smart TV

We can no longer listen to playlists on our Deezer account due to rapidly skipping tracks with an “error has occurred” message.  We have a Panasonic Smart TV.  Deezer works perfectly on our iPhones except for the TV which we have a hifi system attached.

Hope someone can come up with a solution as we have rebooted system with no luck.

Hey there, sorry about this, Does the “error has occurred” message still appear even after rebooting the TV? Can you send me a screenshot of the screen please? 

 

Hi, thanks for replying back.  Yes the “error has ocurred” message appears and disappears rapidly as the tracks are skipping through the play list.  This is a screenshot of the message.  (I wasn’t able to send a video as the file was too large.)

Thank you for the screenshot. The app on Panasonic TV it’s an old app and it’s not maintained so for the time being there is not much we can do, sorry! But rest assured a new version of the app is being worked on and will be available soon!
