Playlist not progressing on Deezer Windows app because of ads

Adds no longer loading on Win10 App, this causes no progress to next song. I have cleared Cache, reloaded App several times and tried different Browsers, with no change. Works perfectly on Android App

Hi Rudi, I have been advised by Deezer Support that the free version run on a PC will not receive adverts or progress from song to song. I find this a strange response as it was functioning as such up until a few days ago

Thanks for letting us know and apologies for the inconvenience. So that our devs can look into this, what's the version you've got? 4.27 is currently being released as well, so I encourage you to fully uninstall the app, download the new version and install it again after restarting your PC - keep us posted :thumbsup_tone2:

That is indeed incorrect @Dave.Nolan ads are enabled on the desktop app. But you mentioned browsers, so could you please confirm which version of the desktop app you have installed?

Hi Rud, Deezer version is 4.27.0.0 and was working perfectly. Below is an extract from my chat with Deezer Support:

It works fine at the moment but only on the PC without adds due to Robin having given me 5 days of Premium. I will advise as to what happens once that period is over Rudi

Hi Rudi, well 5 days are up on Premium and a return to the Free product has again brought the problem of no progress from song to song, together with no adverts? The two appear to be linked. 

The symptoms are not complicated. Deezer plays the song you select from your playlist, once finished it does not progress. Should you select another song it replays the first selection. It works fine on Android but appears to have a problem with MS Win10

I received the following from Deezer Support, confirming this:

This should be addressed within the next release of the app, or the one following it if there isn't enough time. I'm keeping an eye on this for you, but also keep me posted :v_tone2:
