Ive been using the Deezer Flow on Sonos, and have skipped a few of the songs. Now I'm getting the following error:

Your play count was unusually high during the last hour. For security reasons listening will be temporarily blocked

Hi there, this is a security limit that will kick in if you skip more than 150 tracks within an hour. Please give it an hour and it will unlock itself. I am afraid there is nothing we can do about it.

I keep getting kicked off after 10 minutes. The message says " Your play count was unusually high over the last hour . For security reason you have been temporarily blocked. " I am the only user and I am only using one device at a time ( ie home SONOS system 90 % of time and Iphone the other ( < once / week ) . Can you please advise.

HI @ssmith0728 sorry about that. This should not happen after 10 minutes, but there is indeed a skip limit on Sonos that should kick in if you skip more than 150 songs within an hour. Does this happen every time you use Sonos? Can you wait for 24 and then try again?
