Only 30 seconds playing on Amazon Echo

I regularly ask Alexa to play my flow and, up until today, it works great. But now it only plays 30 seconds of each track/ad before skipping to the next. Has anyone else started getting this issue?

Hi all. I have been informed that the problem has been Fixed.
If the problem persists please unlink and relink your Deezer account to Alexa.
Let me know if it works :nerd:

Can you confirm that you’re logged in? This often occurs when a user tries to play music but they are not logged in or do not have an account with Deezer.

Yes, I’m logged in. The skill won’t work without being logged in anyway. For the sake of testing though, I logged out of the skill and back in again, but the problem was still there. I’m only on a free account, but never had this problem before yesterday. I’ve been listening to my flow on Deezer with the echo for the past year with no problems.

Have you tried restarting the Echo, @Rob8392574? Thanks for your patience!

Yes, and it happens on any of my devices.

Same problem here, I’ve used Deezer for long time ago on all my echo devices and  that annoying “30 seconds skip” started a few days ago, re-start the device doesn’t work and relogging through the skill doesn’ work either :rage:

Somewhat related to this:

On deezer, if I ask Alexa to play an artist, for example, on my Echo Studio, she will play it for an hour and then it will time out for some reason. If I ask her to play it on Apple Music, it just keeps playing.

It’s not a dealbreaker, but it is mildly annoying.

I dont think that is the same issue, I usually heard music for hours and everything worked fine, but now only 30 seconds per song and one add every 6 songs 🥲

Yes, that’s why I said “somewhat related.”

We've been polishing a new Amazon skill, from scratch, for a while now - please hang in there! @GropplerZorn @Rob8392574 @alejohigueradeezer01

I have the same problem, it started last week. I have an echo dot and a free Deezer account.
