Hey guys, same problem here. Any idea when we can have this sorted? There are over 4 million devices like this in the market. The user experience you are providing is so frustrating.

Thanks! I haven't seen the problem recently - maybe it did fix it. I will post if it reappears.
Hello. I'm to now experinceing this frustration of 30 second playback from different playlist on my google home. I have the paid subscription account on Deezer. When I play the same playlist without Google home i.e. on my phone or streaming via blue tooth to my car No issues. I wouldn't want to leave this service being a loyal customer for years but if it is not fixed then I to will look at other options.

Hi, I am still having the problem. One day it works the other day it just plays 30 second clips.
Mine seems a bit better, but once again today it was back 😕😰

Same issue here.. Premium account and 30 second clips from the middle of a song. Anybody managed to fix it?
We have the same issue in France. Have Deezer Premium configured on Google Home. After "OK Google.." the machine is happy to announce that it has launched music on Deezer and then the result is "kind of random"...
- On a good days everything is fine and it works wonderfully
- On bad days nothing happens.. just silence
- On in-between days we get to hear 30 sec. samples.

Works fine on iPhone using the same account.

Would it be useful if we posted some recordings of what we get?
Also got this randomly sometimes... Casting sometimes works... Sometimes it fixes itself. Just is really annoying if you have a premium membership..

I'm having the same problem too. Very annoying!

Deezer I am sorry but this in incredibly poor and frustrating. Both my children have google home minis and both have random experiences the most frustrating being only getting 30 secs of a sonf. For the money I pay this is not what I expect. The fact it has going on for months is unacceptable. I would like a timescale of when it’s going to be fixed or I am sure myself like many other users will switch. It’s a real shame as I have used your service for years with Sonos and always been pleased. Please sort.

Been a week now deezer any any chance of a reply??
This is poor by Deezer.

I have switched to Spotify.
I am having exactly the same issues as others have described. This is only happening when using voice commands with the Google mini. Is there a solution either available or in the offing for this? It all seems to have been going on for months.

I pay £14.99 a month for a family account and feel like I'm not getting the full service I need. Seriously thinking about switching to Spotify.

Sorry for the late reply - please do ensure you're logged in with your paid subscription email.
Also, here's what you can do:

Log out of Deezer on all devices it might be logged in
Get a new password for the account
Delete Deezer from the Google Home app
Turn off your device for 1-2 minutes
Turn it back on
Add Deezer to the Google Home app
Login with your new password

This should fix your issue, but please give me a shout if you need extra help!
Same issue although mine mainly occurs on only one of my google home speakers (for clarify they are never on at the same time, and no other device is playing from the deezer account). It drives my daughters nuts, though it does save me from having to listen to hours of R&B, which is a bonus.

Hey @Neil Smith please try rebooting your internet and the speaker affected for about 3 min to see if it helps. Otherwise you're "saved" from R&B 😅

Uunfortunately this hasn't worked - bizarrely now the problem seems to now be happening all the time on my other google home device
