No sound on Samsung TV Deezer app

I tried the Samsung TV (Tizen) app. It connects, it has all my lists but when I click on play there is no sound coming from the app, while other apps working properly. I reinstall the app but nothing has changed. I have premium account.

Hi there @Tentam 

Thanks for reporting this. Our Samsung TV app is overdue an update but that will take some time.

In the meantime, try looking for firmware updates and restarting the TV and your network router after about 3 mins. Keep us posted and Happy New Year!

Same problem on my Samsung Tizen Frame TV. It was working last week. I tried to use it today and it thinks it is playing but no audio!

Thank you for your patience, apologies for the late reply. It seems your comment fell off our radar.

Could you try removing the app, looking for firmware updates for the TV and reinstalling it again?

Please restart your network router too and let us know how it goes, please.
