The deezer app is on my ionic. When I try to open it sends me back to fitbit app to verify Wi-Fi even though it's clearly showing as connected to wifi

Excellent @Rob Igo  I'll swop the accounts to independent accounts.

Many thanks

I’ve tried to troubleshooting tips and my deezer still gets stuck at 0% syncing :(. Checked WiFi and it’s connected, unlinked and relinked account. Turned off both devices, turned off and on Bluetooth.

Hi @jamwin

also can you try it with a new playlist which contains only a small amount of tracks (say 5-10) and try that (just that playlist on it’s own) - let us know how you get on :)

I also have the same issue. I have a fitbit versa. Deezer premium account.

deezer stopped syncing with my fitbit Versa 2 weeks ako.

i have done all possible fitbit trouble shooting.

  1. Unlink and re- link deezer with fitbit
  2. factory reset fitbit
  3. Uninstall and re install of both fitbit and deezer apps

i can link  link the deezer account but when i try to sync after adding a playlist, it would go as far as indicate syncing in fitbit at 0% but it never progresses even if left the whole night connected via charger, wifi and bluetooth

HELP!

otherwise, ill drop my deezer premium because it becomes useless with my fitbit, and thats the only reason why i subscribed to premium

@Alfredo. is there any estimate time when the security certificate issue will be resolved in regards to the Fitbit Sense?  Like @Lindager , I also have a Fitbit Sense that is not syncing music anymore.

Hey @mrwoolf

Sorry to hear about that. Do you want to have a look above for troubleshooting tips and let us know if anything works? If not, please check for firmware updates and give us some versions for a further look :v_tone2:

Hi @jyoxall

you can.  You can change your family members so they have their own log in details (own email address) - that way you should both be able to have it on your fitbits!

Have a read of this it should help: -

Can I please ask the same question, regarding these issues?

I have even gone to the extent of purchasing a brand new Fitbit Versa 3,

But I still can't sync my music from deezer onto watch.

Please help, I have deleted and reinstalled, Fitbit app and Deezer.

Tried logging on from a different phone and laptop. But still won't work?

There surely must be a fix for this issue soon?

Thanks in advance for any help.

HI @Markim

I've found the older phones have more issues (after doing some reading and recently I upgraded my Android and now it works all the time).

What phone do you have?

Try unpairing/forgetting it, then try connecting via the app (weirdly on my old phone it would only sync when it wasn't paired, but daily it would "add" my ionic under bluetooth devices and i'd have to forget it again (and then it would work - random I know).

Hi @izzyxjohnson

I’d contact Fitbit support as sounds like a Fitbit error / fault.

is it new / has it worked before?

HI Rob

Yes I'm able to use deezer on my phone and it works perfectly. I'm using a Samsung note 9.

Hello @Elisha.Smith we are sorry to hear this. Why can you not subscribe? Does it give an error message? Please bear in mind that you can only connect your Fitbit to Deezer when you have a subscription.

Please read all information in the article Setting up Deezer on Fitbit carefully and let me know what you need help with. Thank you

Hi there @Ruth Griswold

Are you having issues connecting to your Fitbit? Give me a few more details and I'll try to help out if that's the case 😉
I have just joined Deezer so I could download music to my Fitbit Ionic. But the Bluetooth connection does not work. I went online and could not believe how many people have the same problem. This makes this $300 Ionic a joke.
If Deezer is a partner with Fitbit I would think that they would be demanding Fitbit fix this problem.
I will be terminating my Deezer at the end of the month. Not Deezer’s fault.

ha ha @Rudi I wish (I do love having Deezer on my Fitbit Ionic it's ace!)

I’m on the 3 month premium trial.  When I try to sync Deezer with Ionic, it says “preparing for music download” and on the Ionic it says “sync in progress” but always 0% then just quits and says no music on your device.  I’ve followed the steps in several instruction guides, turned Bluetooth on and off, re-installed the fitbit app on my phone, removed and re-added the tracker, tried different wifi networks, etc.  I’m running latest firmware, latest app, latest iOS.  It just doesn’t work.  Any other suggestions?

I have the same problem for morethan a week now.

It used to work good for a long time

I have a fitbit sense and deezer premium for more than a year

Hello @Lindager

We are sorry to hear that.

If your FitBit was working fine recently, then the problem can be related to this security certificate issue on Deezer.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Thanks.

I have a Fitbit sense as well and I can’t download my music from deezer. I have done all the trouble shooting steps and even called the help desk. Still no good. What is the issue? This watch cost to much money for it not to work!

Thanks for the reply

My fitbit sense is  not an old device, it is a couple of monds old

I hope the problem is solved soon

HI @Helmick.Melissa

did you try my tips at the very top of the page?

I have read all of the threads and have unlinked, uninstalled, and reset phone, watch, and computer. I cannot get deezer to work on my FitBit IONIC via iPhone 8+.

When in the app on my phone, after performing all the recommended resets, I get “An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later”.  This has been going on for quite a few hours. My wifi network is working as it should.

Not sure what else to do.

I have family premium account. How to connect with fitbit device Versa within current account? I am currently getting 1free month trial. How to connect with fitbit

I encountered the issue with my fitbit not recognising my deezer account. Long story short, it was because i had deezer family and both me and 1 other family member both had it on fitbit. I had to get the other fitbit app disabled.

My point is this......i pay more for deezer premium features so my family can enjoy deezer. Yet those members cant have it on their fitbits? Surely there is a way to allow account access on more than 1 fitbit?

Hi @Nichola Flood thank you for getting in touch. I just unlinked your Deezer account from Facebook, please try to connect to your Fitbit by only using your Deezer email address and Deezer password.

Please read all information in the article Setting up Deezer on Fitbit carefully and let me know what you need help with
