Fitbit app won't log onto Deezer

Hey,

My fitbit app wont log onto deezer, to start syncing. It tells me “can not connect to server”.

I have uninstalled everything, factory reset, rebooted. I am at my wits end.

I have the fitbit versa 3. I was in touch with fitbit and they said to get in touch with you guys as I'm connecting to spotify - but I don't want spotify, I want deezer.. GRRRR

Nur habe ich allerdings nicht die Versa 2 sondern die Sense.

Bitte um schnellst mögliche Fehlerbehebung!

Fitbit are saying they are aware and that its a Deezer issue, but this has been a week now.

Whats going on? When will it be sorted? A rival music app appears to work ok, but dont want to have to cancel my Deezer subscription just yet.

I had a fitbit versa 2 and deezer was working well. My fitbit versa 2 was broken, and now i have a fitbit versa 3. Now i want to get my music list on the versa 3, but i got also the message oh no can't connect to server... plz i have an payd abbo, lets make it work plz!

Having issues with getting my fitbit sense to deezer with my code it says on your site there's and issue

 

 

I'm having the same issues, and have unistalled and reinstalled everything. My watch sends me to the media settings, which I cant't open - I get the same "Uh oh" message. 

 

Did anyone get it to work? I've tried following the link by Richard and it tells me I dont have access to read the page 🤷‍♀️

 

New Sense, same issue for 4 days, “UH Oh, Can’t Reach Server. Try Again Later.” Menu doesn’t work to unlink Iconic.  

Whyyyy won't you work! Only reason I've subscribed to deezer is so I can run with music without my phone using the fitbit versa 3  ..... is this getting fixed or should I unsub ? Anyone got any tricks to get this working I've tried unistalling and everything 

I've also factory reset my watch, based on another thread - that didn't work either. I've reported to both FitBit and Deezer. I'm sure this has worked on my Versa before 🤷‍♀️

Hello. Just downloaded Deezer on my Fitbit versa 3 bought it so I can use it while running 🏃‍♂️ and I have same problem like ppl above ... what is going on?

I just noticed that this is repeating issue with connection for months 😳

 

I am also having the same problem.  I connected Spotify with no problem. I've not unconnected Spotify as I would rather use deezer.  Looks like maybe going to Spotify :-\

Fitbit's Twitter manager has been VERY responsive... Curious they haven't thrown Deezer under the bus yet... Curious that the link is dead that Rudy included.

 

I also just wanna run/ride with just my watch and buds.  Come on Deezer.  I'm willing to pay for your service ON TOP of the two others I use.  Let's get it together!!

same here. Im stuck on an old playlist and can't change the music bcs I keep getting the "uh oh" message. This is extremely frustrating - I dont want to have to take my phone when exercising and Deezer is the only option for non-US users to download music to a Fitbit device, but this is ridiculous. Deezer - WTF? why is it so hard to maintain a minimum level of service?

Whoops, i mightve spoken too soon......although I can now download from Deezer to my Fitbit, I cant edit/delete playlists already on the Deezer app on Fitbit.

Sooooooo close and yet.....!

Can you delete playlists already on the Fitbit? Thats what I'm now needing. I can add to, but can not remove playlists. 

Just to Add OK n playing with my Fitbit..Great... Not yet try to delete playlists...Just I trying to remove ...Also don't know how to remove it..???

Hi @Rudi,

Just to explain a bit more.

On the Deezer part on Fitbit, i can now add playlists that i have favourited in Deezer itself.

On the Fitbit app, The menu/options button (3 dots in top right hand corner) should lead to "more options". This is where lists can be deleted. 

Currently when I choose this, it kicks back to main media page.

Hope that explains whats happening
