Errors on Onkyo

I have exact the same problem. Started to use Deezer again but playlist can't be used with my Onkyo receiver anymore. As my receiver is not changed, Deezer must have been changed somehow. Please fix this.

Hi there everyone,

Our devs informed us that they've finished a fix for these issues with Onkyo devices. Could you please restart your devices, relaunch Deezer and report back here?

Have you tried basic troubleshooting like disconnecting and reconnecting your accounts?

Hi, guys!
I'm novice here and i do like Deezer (on my Onkyo NR676)!

But it's very sorry, that every half of hour i got an errors with Mixes-Elecronic-Swing house chennel! Really annoying! It says Can't play and stops... Exactly on that one channel. Others channels, that i've played as i can see work without any error... Except one:
i see and hear mp3 320 kbps stream instead of flac from time to time.

It's not honest, guys!

Today Nov 21 7-30 - 8-00 GMT+5 Deezer made my morning. Mixes-Elentronic music-Swing House didn't work (attached)
And would You explain one more thing, guys, why it has double genres without any description? Why does it looks (and sounds) like a random ownerless heap of unordered musical garbage?

So further worse. Today morning my Onkyo won't play several channels from Mixes group with the same error. What's wrong with service, guys?
I WANT PLAY MIUSIK BUT I HAVE TEXT "UNSPECIFIED METHOD" I LOG OFF AND LOG IN AND DONT HELP
Can’t launch Flow mode. Also can’t use “Recomended for you” option and “Top tracks” of any Artist. Every time I select any of listed above options the App displays “Playback error” or “Unspecified error”. I faced the issue this week. There wasn’t this problem before with the App on Onkyo

Same problem here! But my device is Pioneer! They say they don’t oficially support Pionner devices but, they officialy receive my money every month!! Need a solution or i will change for tidal!

Paying for a subscription does not guarantee that every single device will support Deezer HiFi. We passed this feedback on to the right team, but these are the devices that support our hifi subscription - https://www.deezer.com/en/devices/soundsystems

It is not possible to install the appp again on the Onkyo RZ1100. This is only possible via a firmware update.

Off course 😀. Okay we are one step further. My own playlists don't work but.... a playlist from Deezer works! For instance if I add ' Calm Piano' to my playlists, it plays without problems on the onkyo. So what is the difference between a user playlist and a Deezer playlist....

The firmware for my Onkyo Tx-Rz720 is fully updated too and Deezer App had been working well up to this week but this week something wrong happened with it. I also hope the supporting team will resolved this problem quickly.

Well, now a half of channels while tying to play from Onkyo 676 client return a Can't play error. You cant look at screenshot above. For examle Flows (yes, i loged in) Mixes* and others. I've got a support, but it didn't help me yet
