Desktop App's Queue resets after every restart

Hi

I was just started using the desktop Deezer app for Windows 10. Everytime I restart the app, the queue resets itself to a list of +/-50 songs which are not part of any of my playlists, favourites, etc (I have no idea where the songs came from...). The same queuing issue applies when using my Chrome Browser.

I have tried clearing my Deezer details on my android app, un-installed and reinstalled my TV app and uninstalled and reinstalled my Windows Desktop app.

Is there any way to clear these songs from my queue and for the app to remember my last used queue? As I have to re-queue the songs I want to listen to with every restart.

Hey @ChristoV sorry to have gotten you excited about this feature.😥 We are actually still in the testing phase of the synchronised Queue lists and it's not available to our users yet. 🙂

Hi there @ChristoV

On your PC, have you tried clicking on the 'audio' button next to 'volume' and selecting 'synchronised queue-list'? Also, at the bottom of your queue there's an option for automated recommendations - make sure it's off. And let me know if it helps 😉

I don't seem to have the option for "Synchronised Queue-list"... See screenshot below of my "Audio" menu. I am, however, intrigued as to what this option might do...

My automated recommendations is off, I turned it off directly after the first Taylor Swift song was recommended for me 😉

It does seem from other threads (which I only discovered after posting my question!), that this list of popular songs is considered a feature, rather than a bug... I have up-voted a request to expand this feature to save your current queue when exiting:

Hi, that's exciting news. I'm brand new to Deezer, still in the one-month trial, and not having a synchronised queue would have been a "show stopper" for me. Any idea when we should expect it to be delivered to users? Thanks in adance, looking forward to it 200% 🙂
