Deezer will not load in Apple Carplay

All apps on Apple Car Play work perfectly, except Deezer. When selected the message appears 'loading' and nothing ever happens. I have the premium version and expect better.

Hi there, sorry about this. We are aware and our developers are working on it and should be able to fix with the next update. Please bear with us ;)

In the meantime you should be able to use your phone to control the music.

Still broken. You can select a playlist in the app before connecting to the car then just now playing. Thats it everything else is now broken on deezer carplay - POOR. iOS 12.1.4 and Deezer app 7.4.0 (latest)

Still problems; only the flow works. I can’t choose any of my albums or playlists...
SAME ISSUE - just flow, No playlists, No albums, No Artists.

Outting aside the the fact that in my case have a fixed iPhone in my car for CarPlay and I can’t use it with the same profile as my mobile device , it keeps log out.. so I had to move to family plan and have a dedicated profile for my car device.
Same issue here! Only the flow started, no playlist, no albums and no artist.

When will this work properly?

Thanks for reporting it here guys. There was a fix patched with one of our updates this month. Could I please ask you guys which version of our app are you using?

Up until the last 4-6 weeks Deezer was fantastic played through Apple CarPlay, access to all features mirrored to the Deezer App. Something has changed, I can use CarPlay to access Flow, Playlists and Albums. I cannot search for albums through the Artist page. All that happens when you click on an artist is that it goes straight to a song and then when that track finishes it then plays a song from a different artist, a bit like flow. What has gone wrong? I have uninstalled deezer on my IPhoneX and reinstalled and still have same problem. All very frustrating! I have chatted to Deezer support and still the same.

Have you double checked if you're logged in using the correct details? I've sent you a password reset email, please change your password and use your sky.com email to login, not social media. And let me know if it helps 😉

Yes, that has solved the issue of being able to select albums through the artist page. Thank you! Can you fix it so that the artists are in alphabetical order rather than random? It used to be in order but not anymore.

Hi @Paul Hill can you please make sure you have the latest version 7.10.0 of our app installed? This should fix all issues with Carplay.

Another question......
There are 3 Stone Machine albums on Deezer. Stone Machine, American Honey and Rock ain’t Dead. There is another album called 10 Stones. Can this be added to Deezer please?

About the alphabetical order, our devs are looking into is. In relation to the album missing, please see here 😉

Keeps logging me out when I try and play in Apple CarPlay I subscribe and frankly it’s not good enough, could be Spotify subscription soon

Thanks for reporting this to us. Have you tried any troubleshooting like reinstalling the app?

I thought I added something on here already. Has this been tested for Apple CarPlay using wireless like how it’s available on BMW ? I keep getting the Ooos not logged in error message.

I’m sure it was working on the day I picked up the new car. 23 Jul it that helps. 

Getting the same message with CarPlay with Deezer on my 2019 BMW. Oops, looks like your not logged in. Tried re logging in to the app, uninstalling and reinstalling and still getting the same. Tried doing a factory reset of the car and still no joy. Using Deezer in the car is the main reason I have it. Any eta of a fix? 
 

if it helps, running version 8.16.1 from and iPhone XS Max running iOS 13.5.1.
