Deezer on Fitbit Versa...error says needs refresh

I have been playing music on my fitbit versa since christmas. Today i tried to play and it tells me I need to "refresh" my Deezer.
What is this?

Hi there, that is very unusual. Have you checked if there are any updates you need to do?
same here, i've tried everything possible but no music appears, just the 'deezer has expired' message 😞

Does this happen when you use a specific feature of the app? Could you specify exactly when you see the error messages and how?
The message on my Fitbit says ‘deezer music expired’’ followed by ‘refresh by connecting to a saved WiFi network ‘

i have refreshed it several times times but it doesn’t work

Hi @weebill it sounds like your fitbit is not connected to your home network (wifi) - please check under settings on the app to make sure it's connected.
Please let us know if this was ever solved? I have same happening to Ionic.

HI @aimeeBrewer we have not had any complaints anymore. Can you check if all your devices is up to date in terms of software?
I'm having this error on my Fitbit Ionic. Every time I sync it goes to 40%, then says "Deezer music expired". Fitbit, the Fitbit app, and the phone are up to date. Even removed the Fitbit and reconnected, Deezer still won't sync. Any solutions for this?

Hi @Jesse He if you search these forums you'll see that there is a known problem with fitbits not syncing music with Deezer. It's being worked on by Deezer developers and hopefully will be fixed ASAP!

Having trouble getting my Fitbit app to connect to Deezer. I have done everything right and when I click on the Deezer app inside the Fitbit app on my phone it comes up as “Unexpected error, please try again later”.

 

please can someone help me

Try disconnecting your Deezer account from the fitbit account and delete/remove the Deezer app from your watch. Restart your watch and your phone, reinstall the Deezer app on the watch and link the accounts it should then work.
