Hello Rafael,

Yes I can confirm it works now. But i had to factory reset my TV box and do a fresh install of the app from Playstore.

Thanks a lot, keep up the good work 🙂

Hi there, there was an issue the last couple of days but it should already be solved. Are you still having this problem?
Hi, I have similar issue on MiBox 3. The music stops constantly for 10-20 seconds. After that, sometimes just continue, several times it jumps to the next track.

I checked my internet connection, my router and the MiBox3 too, everything work fine, except this.
Is this a common problem with the Deezer for Android TV application?

Hi Peter, could you please try the following steps?

1. Exit out of MIBox3 if you have it opened.

2. Go into your Android Settings Screen. To do this, you may need to access a “More Settings” tab.

3. Scroll down and click the Apps button or Applications button.

4. Click the MIBox3 option within the list. When you do this, a new screen will appear with options.

5. Click the button that reads “Clear Data”. Let it go through the process of computer space, deleting, etc. This could take a minute.

6. After process is finished, you will notice that the data size now shows as zero.

7. Escape out of this screen and go to your home screen.

8. Launch your MIBox3 and ensure that everything has been erased and you are working with a fresh installation.

9. Check your TV’s firmware is up-to-date:

10. Reinstall the app:
Navigate to the Apps panel and locate Deezer under My Apps.
Select Uninstall.
Go to Samsung Apps and search for “Deezer”. You’ll also find it under search-friendly categories, such as Lifestyle or Music.
Select Download.
On your Samsung Smart TV, go to Menu > Support > Software Update. If your device is due an update, you’ll be prompted to install
Hi Rafael, I tried exactly these steps. (clear the cache and app data; reinstall) Still have the problem.

Actually I don't have Samsung Smart TV, I have a MiBox3, which runs the Deezer for Android TV app, downloaded directly from the Google Play Store.

Hi everyone!

We are happy to announce that we have released the big update of our Android TV app as anticipated.

Please check out this article to find out more.

If you have any questions or need help let us know 😉
I downloaded the app from the playstore on my Android TV (Xiaomi Mi Box)

I was trying to login, but with no luck. The screen keeps giving me "Connecting" after I enter my password (And yes I double checked the password) then nothing happens.

Note that it was working perfectly before android version update from 6.0 to 8.0

Anybody faced the same issue? Anybody can advise?

Thanks in advance.

Same problem here. I just update xiaomi mibox to android 8 and followed the step above described. And the music just doesn't play. Its like the controls doesn't respond, only to skip to the next song..and again nothing happens.

Your account is TIM Music and only works as Premium in your TIM phone 🙂
I am having the same problem, since I turned my tv box (Beelink GT1) from Stock Android to Android TV.
I have a Deezer Premium Family account.
With Android Stock, all was OK, but with Android TV , same behaviour as Julio Martinez.
Android TV Deezer version is 2.0.4
