Deezer keeps crashing...PC desktop app

Windows 10, deezer 4.11.2.

Sometimes randomly crashes. Especially when I skip music a lot, its been happening since, well Im not sure, few months ago and Im kinda annoyed by it.. Had to open task manager and force quit.

Its on my C drive already.

Had the same problem, but re-installing the windows app from chrome after clearing all cache and cookies seems to have solved it! Thanks!

Hey @Hafiy.Sufri ! Sorry to hear that :/Can you please delete the app and download it again on www.deezer.com/download? Please make sure you use Chrome or Firefox - cache and cookies must be clear 🙂 Please let me know if the issue persists!

Seems that updating of software is the answer. We shall how will behave in future…

Unfortunately, it keeps crashing when playing downloaded files, and how to install new windows app without deleting downloaded files (with much effort downloaded!)?

Very frustrating experience, this failing of windows app!!!

I totally get the frustration @Ancient Occ, to say the least.

But I've got something in mind. We're releasing version 5.0 soon and you might be able to update it on top of your existing one, without a fresh reinstall. If you could wait for this, it'll be interesting to find out how the app performs :thumbsup_tone2:
