Deezer desktop app cant login


Hello , i have a problem which is i cant access to deezer desktop , when i click on the log in button it leads me to the webpage andit says you are in ! but nothing happens and the app dont login

Try clearing the cache + cookies from the browser you have, which opens when you try to login! Let me know if it helps :wink:

Try this:

  • Uninstall the Deezer app
  • Search for %appdata and delete any Deezer folder you find
  • Restart your computer
  • Download the Deezer app again (https://www.deezer.com/en/download) and install

Probably you’ll have to give more information to resolve this situation:

- Deezer version
- Windows version
- Is the first time you log in with desktop version? if not, what happened that closed your session?
- Is log in data correct?
- Freemium or paid? If it’s paid, last payment was ok?
- Support team and moderators will take a look to your account to search for issues, bugs, etc.
