Deezer Channels not loading in BMW

My online entertainment voucher in my bmw works fine however when I try to load up the channels tab nothing is loading and the page is blank. Everything else works but just not that? Can anyone shed any light who has had a similar problem? Thanks

I am able to search for music using deezer in the car but when I try and access their own playlists or chart music it won’t load on the screen at all ?

Sorry that's happened - thank you for your patience. What version of the app do you have? Have you tried reinstalling to see if there's an improvement?
I have the latest go to date app on my phone, but it’s the actual deezer player that comes with the bmw entertainment package. It was working fine up until about a week ago and whenever I select the channel option it just comes up with a blank screen.

Thanks for coming back to me @c.simpelaar. Have you contacted BMW about this? They're the ones responsible for their entertainment package system. If they need help from us, they'll be able to escalate that.

I’m having the same issue, my cars booked into BMW next week for them to look into it. If they get it resolved I’ll let you know what the problem was
Same for me - just a blank screen! Everything else is working just fine but no channels displayed. (2019 BMW X3). Please let me know what the fix is!
Same thing for me, mines not been working for over a week now !! Updated everything on my phone and on the Idrive. Tried logging out and back in and that hasn’t worked either!! Let me know if it gets sorted by bmw.
Has anybody found a solution to this problem? Mine has been like it in my M140 for 2 weeks now 😞

Please get in touch with BMW as this is nothing that can be solved from our end. However, I will let the responsible Deezer-BMW-partnership manager know that our customers currently cannot use our service in BMWs. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Nothing yet .. contacting bmw tomorrow. Think another chap has his booked in so was going to wait for his reply to see what the outcome is.

Same with mine. It died the same day deezer had an outage about 2 weeks ago. Havent had chance to take it it to bmw but suspect something is most likely not brought back online after the deezer issues.

Well........dealer had it all day and no further forward!
They’ve sent everything to BMW technical and awaiting a response.
Only up side, had the new X3 M competition on loan for the day 😁

Just heard back from the Dealer who in turn has heard back from BMW Technical, they have acknowledged a software issue and are working on a fix........ no idea how long it will take!!

I came here with the same issue.
Only has become blank in the last month maybe.
Is this worth reporting to my dealer?

From experience I assume that fixing this software issue takes several weeks.
