Deezer cannot stream music to Polk MAgnifi Max SR Soundbar from Huawei P20 Pro


I'm living in Poland and using Huawei P20 Pro (separate app since Google Home still does not support Deezer in my country). Anyway, I am connected to wi-fi on my mobile just like the soundbar is but when I try to stream any music from Deezer app, it's just waiting for song to be sent and nothing happens (there is just a load screen telling that I'm seconds from the goal 😃 then soundbar is silenced because it probably waits for Deezer but after 30 secs it losts connection and music starts to play on my mobile device.
I was suggested to clear cache in my Deezer app but it didn't work.... any ideas guys???

Today I have eliminated this issue to be connected with smartphone, I downloaded Deezer App on my Samsung Galaxy A tablet, there is exactly the same issue by using wi-fi connection between the device and Polk Magnifi Max SR Soundba. PS. Bluetooth connection works like a charm for Deezer anyway

Have you tried reinstalling the app and restarting both devices? I'd also reboot the router for 3 mins.
hi Rudi, I will try to reboot the router tomorrow, I heard that Polk soundbars have sometimes some issues related to wi-fi connections..have you received any response from Dev Team regarding my issue? Thank you for your help

Hi @Rafael Ch we have not submitted anything to developers. First we always try to solve it ourselves. Let us know how you get on 😉.
@Flo.Deezer are you 100% sure? 🙂 Unfortunately, nothing has changed, I updated DEezer app to the newest version, still there is an issue with connecting to the soundbar via wi-fi (musi is not loading, turnin up/down the volume is possible though)

What Flo meant was that, from our community, we haven't reported to our developers about this. On the other side, I can see that our colleague Guilherme from the support team has done it. I believe that this issue isn't affecting just your device, but others as well. Thank you for your patience!
