Hello,

I have found many issues with the Google Assistant being able to find songs. When I use my Google Home speaker and ask

"Play the song Dive by Kid Cudi" it should play https://deezer.page.link/Lxg36bTntQqWJ9pv5
But the Google Assistant responds 'I cannot find Diva on Deezer' so I wondered does it think I'm saying Diva? I asked on my phone and you can see the transcript that Google recognized Dive but still Deezer thinks it is Diva.

I have also found this issue with songs like Grateful by Marlon Craft and Timeless by Benny the Butcher.

Deezer, please fix this!

Hi there @knopper291

Thanks again for this. Have you tried relinking your Deezer account to see if it helps? Some results can be like that, so I'll be reporting this further!

Hey Rudi,

I have re-linked it and now it is recognizing me saying Dive but is playing the wrong song.

Its playing "Welcome to Hell Iv" by the artist Dive

When I ask to play Timeless by Benny the Butcher it is playing Timeless by Kristopher Flagg

When I ask to play Grateful by Marlon Craft it is playing Grateful by NEFFEX

Thank you for the links and detailed feedback @knopper291

You're right, it's very odd. But I've been speaking to the devs in charge of this, hopefully there's a solution for it :thumbsup_tone2:

Hey Rudi,

I am now getting results for songs listed. Much thanks for getting the ball rolling. I will say that while Dive plays now, it's preferring the clean version over the explicit. I had inquired about this issue previously with support for the song 'Die for Me' by Post Malone which was playing the clean on google home as well, and support mentioned it was because the clean version was more popular that it gets preferred to play. I can see on the album by Post Malone 'Hollywood's Blessing' that it has more fans than the explicit, but in the case with Kid Cudi's album 'Man on the Moon III', the explicit has more fans. I guess I'm not understanding the popularity priority concept, but as a user I'd rather just hear the explicit version all the time.…

Any chance you can inquire about this, using Die for Me and Dive as a couple examples?
