Deezer app on Philips 58PUS7505 NOT WORKING


Philips 58 Pus7505/12 tv Deezer not working. I get this: Error. Network problem. What i can do?

Try deleting Deezer app from TV and reinstalling it. 
TV internet connection is ok? Other apps are working online?

May be currently there‘s a generel problem with Deezer on some TV brands, because Panasonic and Philips problems also are reported. 

Internet and other apps okay.  I’ll try reinstalling , later.  Thanks.….

Have the same problem , on a philips ambilight 

I can run the deezer app if im not logged in on my premium account , the moment i try to log in on my premium account i get the netwerk error message

Have you tried reinstalling the app on your philips?

Yes i tried to reinstall the deezerapp  , didnt fixed the issue. 

Checked for updates , tried it with wifi or cable. 

Put the tv back to factorie settings and erased all the Inet cookies. 

Still giving me errorcode anytime i want to login on my premiumaccount.  I know i can login on 3 devices with premium. 

I only have it on my Phone and the Philips ambi tv

Yeah praying for a fix , i miss playing my playlists on my tv setup :-( 

 

I still can use my deezerapp on my Phone and stream that to my tv , but its not the same.. 

 

Btw i have the Philips 65PUS7805

Yes  , this is what i see after i try to log in on my account.  It takes for ever when you try to log in , and after a while this message pops up

Thank you for contacting Philips Customer Care.Please note that the built-in applications on TVs running the Saphi operating system have been optimized to run properly on this system.As you write, as long as you only used Deezer's built-in app, it worked without a hitch.Please make sure the software is up to date on your TV. If not, please update it. If the error persists, check with Deezer to see if the application supports the Saphi operating system. Each application may only be developed for the Android operating system.

Our users are experiencing an issue with Philips TV, the problem could be related to the new version of Deezer does not compatible with the TV update. So our developers are working to sort it out. Hopefully, it will not take long to get sorted.

Yes, still we have this problem . Nothing happend at Deezer. We wait wait long time ago and pay lot of money for tv and no correct what happening with us . Go, go Deezer fix it…...

I too am experiencing an issue logging into Deezer on my Philips TV with my Family account.

“You are not connected to the internet”, although other apps work fine

Well? When will Login with Deezer App on Saphi be working again?

Yes, the nothing is nothing. Even at Deezer.

I have similar problem. When logging in after typing password and clicking ok, it’s loading for a while and then I see message “You don’t seem to be connected to internet”. All aother apps ok, Reinstalled deezer app and cleared internet cookies. TV model is Philips 43PUS6503/12. It’s clearly problem with an app because when I type wrong password I imidiatelly get message that password is wrong, so there is connection working.

Hello @Wojciech Pluskwa The problem is that your TV has the old Deezer app, which is not updated (main reason for problems mentioned above) and won’t be updated anytime soon for this brand, and will be removed from the app store in the short term.
Updating firmware of the TV fixed some cases.
Please try to do a factory reset and update of firmware of the TV, because this might have a chance of having things to work again in Deezer app (for old version).
