deezer app can't search with Bose Soundwave 10

The search option has suddenly stopped working when I play music via Bose Soundwave 10 system using my tablet. However, I can search when I use the laptop. I use the tablet in effect as remote control so it's really annoying not to be able to search for all the music I enjoy. Deezer and bose apps all up to date. Have done all the usual turn off/turn on/reboot, now desperate.

Haven't tried either of those so will give it a go. We have arranged for someone from a local tech company who we've used before to come round and see if he can sort out. Thanks for your suggestions

hi there, are you using Bose app? It's because this app is developed by them... Have you reinstalled it?
Hi, yes we use the Bose app and have tried re-installing but doesn't make any difference. It's very weird because we can operate Bose and Deezer perfectly ok from the laptop, it's only when using the tablet that we cannot search for Artists, tracks etc. We can also select and play music on the tablet via Deezer, just doesn't work in conjunction with Bose.

Yes, twice in fact. Their agents have suggested cancelling then re-connecting to deezer and uninstalling then re-installing AVG neither of which worked. We keep getting error code 6152 and have informed Bose agents - they seem to have run out of ideas and we're no further forward.

Ok, that's a shame @5finbar. What about your network? Have you tried rebooting the router for about 5 mins to see if it helps? I also recommend you to reset your password, it could refresh the connection settings.
Haven't tried either of those so will give it a go. We have arranged for someone from a local tech company who we've used before to come round and see if he can sort out. Thanks for your suggestions
