CarPlay not showing playlists after latest update


Since the latest update, my playlists are not showing on CarPlay whereas it was all working fine before. Each time this happens, I close the app and restart or I restart the phone and it’s Ok and then the very next time I reconnect it doesn’t work again. I have also disconnected and reconnect to CarPlay and the same result. Basically, after getting to to show playlists once, the very next time it disappears. I’m using iPhone XR with current IOS and app connecting to Audi MMI

Sorry to hear that. Why don't you try unpairing your XR, reinstalling the app and pairing it again? I'd also increase the size of your phone's cache. Let me know if it doesn't help 😉
I've been experiencing the same thing. I've logged out and back in but it is very glitchy. I often have to select the playlist from the phone. Something has definitely changed in the last update in terms of CarPlay stability.

Thanks for reporting it. Have you done the steps I've mentioned above? Please reinstall the app as well. And let me know how it goes so that I can pass it on to our devs for investigation after we rule out the basics 😉

This also happens to me every single time on both my cars. I have a paid subscription and this is beyond annoying.
I have to force restart Deezer every single time, sometimes it works, sometimes not.
