Hi @Nadine55555 please be more precise and let us know what exactly is not working. We did not have any recent reports about Carplay. If you let us know what is not working we are happy to look into it ;)

@Flo.Deezer please look about my pots in this thread. I have described several times all things they do not working as they should. The most annoying thing is that while I’m playing songs the app crashes everytime after a few seconds. You and your devs know this for months and nothing happened.

It is not correct that you claim you haven’t had other reports. @Raanan Levi have the same issues. See this post on page 4.
I'm having the same issue with carplay. The app opens, but the list of Artists, PLaylist, etc is blank in the carplay.
It's necessary to get the iphone and use the app in the iphone, making the carplay useless for this app.
I already reinstalled, formated and cleaned all the app in iphone and carplay.
In the end... despite the fact I'm premium user in Deezer, I had to subscribe to Spotify, that's working perfect!!!!

Hi @Perci.catarin we are aware of the issue and I have passed on your case as well. Please bear with us until we find a solution.
How long should users have to wait for a fix? You've said 'bear with us' for over a year now. Obvious you don't take this seriously - I'm off to Spotify.
