I’m very disappointed with Deezer on CarPlay. It’s a disaster.

App stuck loading... need to close and open again to load a playlist... and then you cannot select one song, every time you pick a song, doesn’t matter... it plays the first one.

it’s so... disappointing

we are waiting for a fix so long. Time to switch to Spotify?

Agree! It’s a disaster. I have a post on the same theme. Got some suggestions to clear cache and increase cache size, but no improvement.
think the all need bug fixing.

Hi @Hiort Music , hi @Jordi Ibero Cabronero any chance you could test it with other devices connected to the car? Just to check if it's the phone?
Also is the latest Deezer version installed on your phones?

Other devices do the same... but Spotify runs smoothly... we need a fix urgently. There are many threads with this issue!

@Anja Same with other devices, and in other cars as well. Tried in my wifes as well as in my daughters car..
No doubt it is the app.

I have exactly the same issue since the last update. After opening Deezer in CarPlay it just says “loading” and nothing happens. All other CarPlay apps are working fine.
Same situation here. Deezer on carplay is a nightmare. I did subscribe to Spotify and it works flawlessly. Deezer do not work with my iPhone 6, 7 and X. Did not work in my 2 cars. Obviously it is a deezer issue.

I don't understand why Deezer does not take time to solve these issues.

Looks like that my destiny is to use Spotify. I really love deezer but it never works in my car using Carplay. Any chance that Deezer developers will take this seriously?

Hi everyone, Thanks a lot for the update and your patience. I just got the info that the issues should be fixed with the next update for IOS (6.31) which should be available very soon! Please get that version as soon as available and let me know if you still have issues then! 🙂

Has anyone seen the 'Mixes" option missing from CarPlay? It was there before the app upgrade and now it is missing. Is this by design?

@ssjunior @Marcus Hassmann Can you confirm that Carplay is still stuck on loading with the latest Deezer Update (6.31.0) ?

Yes, there is no change since upgrading to 6.31.0. Upon pressing the Deezer app button in CarPlay the screen just says “Loading...”

Will Deezer consider a subscription refund until this issue is resolved?

Has anyone else tested CarPlay on the latest update?
now it works much better for me.... sometimes it stucks but it is much better and it plays the selected song👍

I’m unsubscribing and switching to Spotify until this mess is fixed. I don’t feel Deezer is taking this seriously.

Really sorry to see that it's still not working for you, but as you can see here other users don't have the issue. I've also checked with the CS Team and was told that according to other users the problem is fixed. Therefore you are an individual case. Have you tried to delete Deezer from your phone and restart it. Afterwards download it again and connect to carplay again. Does that help?

Hello, hope there is a solution for this as I love the service.
I can see the menus and such, but there is not content. In playlists, all that shows the the shuffle option but none of the tracks.

I am sorry to have to say that the last update killed the link with CarPlay.
None of the tracks show up, and when selecting Flow, all I see is the spinning gear.
All the other apps on CarPlay work fine.

These problems have dragged on too long and support is really lacking. I just switched to Spotify & Apple Music and both work perfectly. It’s a shame because I like the Deezer product but it just doesn’t work with CaAy.
