Bose Soundtouch stopped working

I have a Deezer Family account. I have been using it with my Bose Soundtouch system for years. Today, I get a message (when I try to play a song in Deezer in the Soundtouch app) saying I need a Deezer Premium + account. Anyone else having this issue or is there a fix?

Suddenly soundtouch stops the Deezer

My deezer is not streaming directly via my bose equipment. He recognises my account, shows  my favouries etc, but when I try to play he answers that I need a favourite plus account. Streaming on bose via deezer app and blue tooth functions normally. I'm a deezer user for many years but never had this problem. 

I have the same problem.

Please give me the solution if you find it

Since yesterday, my Deezer premium account does not work on Bose Sound Touch anymore. It began by requesting a Premium+ account (not available in Canada), and then stopped playing, though I can still access the catalog. Still works perfectly on Bose Music. For now, I solved it by streaming from Spotify. Any better suggestion? Estimated time for resolution?

I have the same problem, I’m using a Bose Soundlink/Soundtouch/Deezer combination that has been working perfectly up until today. What gives?

Same here (US), when can that be solved?

What error do you guys get?

I have recently subscribed to Deezer HiFi, in the hope of using it through the Soundtouch App. I can access the catalog, but when trying to play anything I always get error 1046 “Hmm… that didn’t work”.

I get exactly the same message and I've been using Deezer with Soundtouch 10, 20, 30 and Soundlink for years.

same problem here . i have the impression this happened after a soundtouch app update

We have the same problem the bose sountouch stopped loading my deezer music since thursday afternoon

I think you are right, but then the Soundtouch app seems to update more often than any other app.

Deezer can search songs and albums from the Soundtouch app, but cannot play any songs. The Deezer app works. It seems to me that a Deezer service is either down or does not allow Bose devices to play songs for some reasons. Can you help? I tried resetting the Soundtouch 20, signed out and in with the Deezer account, re-installed the Deezer app. It all started 3 days ago. Same problem with the Soundtouch 10 device. I do not know who to write to - there is no support at Deezer or Bose that I could find.

Many users experiencing the same problem and our devs are well aware of that and working on a permanent fix.

stil not resolved i’m guessing I’ll stop using deezer no use in paying  for something you cannot use

Hi @dee_dirk and all,

I'm only using Deezer with my Bose appliances, so this is now a 2-day breach of service. Can I assume I'll get this month for free?
