BLuOS Node 2 - D8EC problems with Deezer

I just to play my Deezer music over BLuOS Node 8 - D8EC, but now when I cannot find anything. All the albums, artists en playlists are gone. How come?

Could you please send us an image? What app are you using, Deezer o Bluesound?


I can play the music over the laptop and phone, but not over Bluesound. Why?

The circle arround the little triangle at the bottom of my phone keeps on circling

Hi @DeezerDeezer Here's what you can do:

  • Log out of Deezer on all devices it might be logged in
  • Get a new password for your account on this link
  • Delete Deezer from the BluOs app
  • Turn off your device for 1-2 minutes
  • Turn it back on
  • Add Deezer to the BluOs app
  • Login with your new password

Hi there @DeezerDeezer 

That's something within the BluOS app, so I recommend contacting BlueSound for that. Perhaps you can't remove it, but at least logging out restarting the app and logging back in.
