"An error has occurred please try again later" - HELP

This error has been constantly occurring when using Deeze, when I'm listening to my playlist (online and offline), radio or podcast. In the web app, or on the android system of the phone. The error happens over and over in the same music track. Please check what may be happening. Need help.

Sorry to hear that. You're saying this is occurring in different platforms. Have you tried reinstalling the app's? I've had a look at your account and sent a password reset email, along with clearing your cache. Please change the password and reinstall the apps. And then let me know 😉

I believe my problem was solved, after testing the error did not appear again. Thanks 💃🏻
