Will Deezer Hi-Fi (flac 1411 kb/s) work on TEAC hi-fi components?
Such as NT-503 or NT-505 network players?

Hey @Searcher @Gotcha thanks for reaching out 🙂 At the moment TEAC is not supported yet, sorry about that 😕 You can find all devices which support HiFi in this list where you see the yellow “HiFi” symbol. Hopefully TEAC will be soon in the list, so please make sure you check it regularly to make sure you don’t miss any update :)

Why is there no response? I'm also interested in Deezer working on a TEAC NT-505 device.

I’m also interested in this topic. My Teac NT-503 supports Deezer premium but would be interested in Hi-Fi. Does support of this device depend on Deezer or Teac?

Probably it would be a good idea to ask for Deezer support on a Teac support forum if there is any. In my experience most of time it is the hardware manufacturer asking for a Deezer implementation than the other way round, but I may also be wrong with that.

You're right @bluezzbastardzz. Unless it's an official partnership (and even so), it's the manufacturer coming to us and asking for resources :thumbsup_tone2:

Hello @Smola, so they are still not part of our officially supported devices as there is no partnership between Deezer and TEAC at the moment. While the devices are probably designed to play back FLAC streaming, we cannot guarantee the compatibility on our side. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer, and if you did, did they provide you with any interesting answer?

Hello @vitaly_ we are sorry but TEAC audio systems are not officially supported as you can see on our devices page. Therefore, you please need to connect your network player TEAC NT503 via cable, via Bluetooth connection or via Chromecast built-in to another device on which you have Deezer installed and play music from there. For further info, please get in touch with the customer service of Teac Audio systems. Thank you

I am in the same situation. :(   My deezer account has been working very well with NT-503 some months ago. Although I enter the right username and PW at the control app, the device denies the connection saying that the login data are not correct… This is very annoying, since it has been working well and I have invested a lot of money for this audio solution. The audio quality is worse using Bluetooth as connection instead of connecting the NT-503 directly to the Ethernet. When will there be a solution to this problem? When will there be a new cooperation with TEAC?

We have no updates from our side but have you contacted TEAC as well? Would be interested to know if they've changed anything on their side :thumbsup_tone2:
