@Danielle Powell-Smith I presume you're having this issue here. Check the answers above 🙂

Shannon, I am having the exact same issue which I reported it six weeks ago. You say "Check the answers above" but I don't see any resolution to the problem. If there is a fix, can you please copy and paste the solution?

You will have to activate a subscription in order to listen to the full length of the song. Please subscribe here: https://www.deezer.com/en/offers/

Hi there please check if you find your answer in this topic here. Otherwise it would be best to contact customer service and let them check your account.
every time that I play a song (every kind: rock, pop, hip-hop...)the song plays just 30 seconds.

Hi @Philippe Costa, your account is gratuit and it will play 30 seconds only in some devices. What device are you using the account?
So when I first sign up for a Deezer Free account I can't actually listen to music until I then sign up for a paid subscription and then cancel it? Is that how this works?

I mean, I'm really really trying to find some good alternative to Spotify but it's like all the other services hate their customers even more.

-YouTube music is a mess. It doesn't know if it wants to be a music service or video service.
-Apple requires me to sign up using an Apple device even though I'm going to use other devices exclusively.
-And Deezer wants me to give them my CC info for a paid account so I can listen to a free account.

Lol, it's no wonder Spotify is doing so well despite all it's many many many flaws.

Hi there @zupertramp

Thank you for your honest feedback. In the US, where I presume you live, there is a certain criteria to be able to access our trial. It has to do with requirements we have for that specific territory. But don't worry, it isn't hard to cancel and you can do before the trial expires, still able to keep using the app until the end.
