After the announcement of the new logo and the new identity of Deezer, we took the time to read all your comments and feedback in order to address your concerns and understand your feelingsOpinions are very divided and several details were pointed out, including one that came up quite often: Why did you choose a heart 💜?One comment cited “there is a more distant connection to music compared to the old logo” The beating purple heart simply represents love and passion for music. The shapes of the logo vary to signify musical rhythms. Its movement and pulsing quality directly reflect the essence of music and the human response to the listening experience, much like a heartbeat. Another question was “why did you decide to change everything/what is the purpose of this new identity?”Deezer helps you “be and belong,” going beyond streaming to empower fans, artists and partners to express themselves and connect through our products and services.Refreshing our visual identity is essential as w

Hi, I have experienced an error in a couple of tracks. How and where do I report errors? The error in question is that the song jumps back to an earlier verse at a certain point of the track. Then, when there's 0:00 mins secs left of the track left it doesn't stop, but carries on playing until the song is over. It's been doing this for "Enemy Inside" by Dream Theater (studio album version) and "In the name of love" by U2 (the best of...-album)
Hello, I'm from Czechia and my distributor is Distrokid. My artist name is Cesi, and I my first release with deezer (Miss you) has been placed on the wrong artist page with the same name as me. Is there's a way to separate my songs from this another artist? And there is any way for me to manage my artist page/profile? Thanks.
Like the title says. One playlist you cannot stop playing so we can all discover some new tunes! https://www.deezer.com/en/playlist/2558779444 What's your favorite playlist?
Hi, I'm a Christian singer and I found out my music is merged with another artist that happens to have the same name as mine. There's a way those profile can be separate by genre? Mine is Christian/Religious and the other guy is under Trance/Dance (He is a DJ). Spotify and iTunes already separate my music. Wondering if you can do that as well. Thank you so much! Here're the link of my singles https://www.deezer.com/en/album/91273892 https://www.deezer.com/en/album/70611102 https://www.deezer.com/en/album/70611502
how to save playlist created as mix based on track?
Hi there - I manage an artist called Jeff Taylor - not surprisingly there are numerous artists with the same name. Could you please separate the ones for this Jeff Taylor to a separate artist page? His albums/songs on Deezer are: It Swell (single) … https://www.deezer.com/us/album/160549722 Dumpster Hunter: Frustration in Time Travel (album) … https://www.deezer.com/us/album/6451853 Organelle (EP) … https://www.deezer.com/us/album/7526498 Merry Christmas Baby (single) … https://www.deezer.com/us/album/119968892 Willow, Texas (single) … https://www.deezer.com/us/album/42962691 If you can use the image of his latest single, “It Swell” as his profile photo, that would be great. If I can give you any other info, please let me know. Thanks so much, Richard
Hi. Ive been trying to find clean versions of a few songs that i like. All i see is the explicit versions. I have a small kid at home and i usually listen to music on a loud speaker and coming from apple music was kind of used to having the choice to pick between either version. Does deezer only have explicit versions of some songs and not the clean option?

Thanks to MyDeezerYear and our Best of 2021 Awards, we have been analyzing the ups and downs (mainly the ups) of 2021! We are leaving another year of restrictions and lockdowns behind. In the past two years we were forced to be separated and we had to reinvent ways of connecting to one another. It was hard but virtual communities have helped all of us to feel less lonely and cross all the bridges we encountered together. We want to go back to basics and celebrate our Community, for being a Community! The love for music and tech brought us all here, but let’s not forget that a Community is made of people which is why, we came up with a little game to get to know each other better and shed a little light on who hides behind the Deezer Avatars you see all the time! Not to worry, everything is GDPR compliant! 🤘🏼 We have asked our Deezer Legends to start the game answering this little quiz, so you can learn more about them and the precious work they do here. Not only Legends from our

Before buying a component or hi-fi equipment, try it out, if possible with your own music. Having the opportunity to enjoy an audition with music that we know very well is essential, especially if we are investing our savings in a nice component/sound system. However, not all the music is able to bring out the virtues and defects of ahigh fidelity experience. By @anbal (Spanish Community Super User) What song can I use to determine the quality of my equipment? It is not a simple thing, this has been raised to someone who knows a lot of audio: Sean Olive, sound and acoustics researcher in Harman, the JBL matrix. ‘Fast Car’, by Tracy Chapman. According to Sean Olive, that is the best song to try a component. "When it was launched in 1988, we discovered that it was well recorded and that it seemed to have all audio frequencies, from 20 Hz to 20 KHz," explains Olive. To have some context, 20 Hz-20 KHz is the audible range of a young and healthy ear. When we talk about ‘low frequencies’ it

Hello, I produce the School of Podcasting https://www.deezer.com/us/show/44293 My show has more episodes, and your platform stops in 2017. How do I get your platform to show my latest shows. Also are you making a copy of my file, or are you connecting to my media host? Dave
In courtesy of @Rudi replying to my suggestion in the related gapless playback announcement from seven months ago I’ll make a new thread with the same question. As all suffering desktop users know, gapless playback is neither working in the desktop app nor in the web player yet while most mobile users are already having gapless fun - scandal! So what will be the first album you will listen to when gapless playback is finally working in your app? Mobile users are tolerated to post their first album as well that they have listened to when gapless playback became available on their mobile device. Also using MP3 streaming instead of HiFi is allowed, even if this may take longer to become available for your favorite album than HiFi gapless playback on desktop.I’ll probably start with Richard Wagner’s complete opera cycle “Der Ring des Nibelungen”, all four operas in a row, more than 14 hours of sweet G_A_P_L_E_S_S HiFi lossless FLAC music. I’m undecided yet which performance and/or condu
