Dears,

After the last beta update (8.22.0.2), every time you connect your mobile, it is necessary to log out and login to Deezer account for all functions appear in CarPlay.

The message is ... "you do not have access to this function because you are not login".

But.. I am already login into my account. 

Please, fix this.

Hi @LFM,

Did you try the following steps:

  • Option 1: first open Deezer on the iPhone, wait for the app to be fully ready with network connection then connect to CarPlay
  • Option 2: force quit the app on the iPhone, connect to CarPlay and open Deezer from the car screen

Is one of these 2 options solving your problem?

Thanks for the reply.

After the last beta update (version 8.23.0.2), Deezer is working fine again.

 

While driving,  the App keeps on login out,  it's FN, frustrating as I have to stop and relog back in to be able to use the App again,  what is causing this?  I'm about to cancel my subscription if this continues.  I've been using the App for the last 4 years,  never had any problems until now. What up with this problem?
