listening mode apple device

Hi I have a premium account and only recently I have been unable to listen to music without it stopping randomly and a notification come up saying currently on listening mode can’t be used on two devices however I only have it on my iPhone. The app is up to date and I have reset my password and it’s still happening any other suggestions?
