Hello @0151kaza please have a look at

→ Music → Settings (gear symbol top right) → Devices

Are there any unknown devices listed there?

If yes: You can remove these devices.

 

→ You should also change your Deezer password.

I get an error showing that a device is in listening mode somewhere else.

 

I have changed my password and removed all other devices.

 

I have a family account but everyone is using there own profile.

 

I like the idea of giving them their own login so they don’t need to use my credentials to login, is there anyway of backing up what’s in their profilE and invite them as a user with their own account and restoring their favourites etc?

Did not work I have changed my password uninstalled and reinstalled app still does not work !!!

Then unfortunately you have to ask for help from support. All registered devices are kicked out and a password reset is carried out.
