When direct streaming iwatch?

I see numerous questions relating to direct streaming by the iwatch via WiFi or cellular. I am not interested in downloading (this is 2022 not ipod age). A feature Spotify does have!!!
 

Your answer is always NO we don't have this.

 

That is not my question. My question is WHEN will you have this?  Else I am back to Spotify.
