Hi @Mañe, you just need to log in to www.deezer.com/account/devices to unlink a device 🙂 Hope that helps 🙂
After a hard reset of my Moto G4 I am not able to connect to my Premium account - in the same equipment - Deezer keeps saying that I only can connect to 1 equipment. Seems to me that Deezer is considering the equipment after the reset as a new one. I tryed to remove the "former one" but I did not succed.

Hi all

unfortunately today my mobile was Stolen, in Buenos Aires.

My mobile was linked to a Google account but, I am still not sure that Google has blocked the phone and I have recently bought a 3 months premium subscription from Deezer, which was active on the stolen phone.

How I can stop my app to work on the Stolen phone? there is a way? or I have to delete my subrscription?

thanks

Hin @Mari Mirenda , I'm so sorry to hear that!

You can manage your connected devices by opening your account from a computer and going to Account Settings > My Devices. (I have already unlinked the stolen phone for you). Now you can log in into your Premium+ account in your new phone using your email and password. 😉

Hi

Log in your account using browser and navigate to the gear icon near your profile picture . Then navigate to Account settings and choose "Connected devices" tab . You should see all the devices connected to Deezer . Locate your device and click on "Unlink this device"
Done.
kick Device out of my Account without the device. I gave my account to a friend but they are or leaving.

I have recently got a new phone. It is saying that I can't use my premium membership on a 3rd device. I can't get onto my old phone as it is broken. How do I fix this problem?

thanks

@Liam Thomas This topic explaines how to unlink a device. The new one will be linked automatically when you log in to Deezer on the device 🙂

@deaboo Please check the answer above :)
You will then link the correct device by just logging in to the Deezer app on that one 🙂
I have changed the password and manually unlinked all of the devices on my family Deezer and they just reappear on the list the first time someone opens their app (they are never even signed out, let alone asked for the new password, they just get added right back on the device list)
Hi,
so one of the phones in our deezer family was stolen, and I wanted to remove that device from the account and change the password.

I changed the password on the account, and then went into My connected devices and manually unlinked EVERY device as we would all just re-log with the new password.

But what actually happens is that nobody, not a single device, gets actually logged out or ever asked for the password. Their app just opens up as usual and their device is back on the My connected devices list... what the..?
