I was just wondering why i am unable to listen to my music for example when i have no 4g connection? E.g while on the subway.

i have my music downloaded to my iPhone and i have a paid Deezer account. It is frustrating when i am on a long commute and unable to listen to my music. Thanks for your reply.

Hi @Fabio1313

have you tried going into settings and toggling the mode to "Offline Mode".

Then go to "My Music" and choose "Downloaded". Anything in there should play without any connection (I often use it on long plane journeys when my phone is in airplane mode).

Let us know 🙂

Hi there @Fabio1313

Sorry that's happened. Have you tried reinstalling the app to see if there's an improvement? Try restarting the phone too. And let me know how it goes 👍🏼
hello @Rudi , thanks for your message. Yes, i have done it 2 or 3x already but the same issue.
it seems the app needs at least a few seconds of 4g connection from time to time but, on my way to work and back home, i have a long commute by subway and it very deep on the ground where no 4g connection works.
i believe that, if the songs are on my phone (downloaded), they should play without wifi or 4g needs...
If you have any other advice, thar would be much appreciated!! Cheers
