Support for iOS9?

I have a Ipad3, with iOS 9.35. This version cannot be upgrade on iPad 3.

But Deezer app, version 7.0.0 is only compatible with iOS 10.

How can I play Deezer on iPad 3?

Please make a compatible version.

Hi there, our iOS app only works on iOS 10 and above. You need to update your iPad, otherwise you will not be able to use our app I am afraid. There is nothing we can do about this 😕

I cannot update my iPad 3, because it is already update for the newest available version. On iPad 3 is only possible to update to iOS 9.35, version 10 is not available.

Please make a version also compatible to iOS 9.

hi @Derzu.Omaia I am very sorry to repeat what I said above. Unfortunately we dropped support for iOS 9, there is nothing we can do I am afraid :/

You will have to get a new device that supports iOS 10, that is the only solution.

Thanks again for the reply, but "the only solution" is not get a new device whit supports iOS 10.

There is another solution, that is Deezer develop a compatible version with iOS 9.

But if Deezer will not do that, it's ok. There are many other music stream solutions that are compatible to iOS 9.

Hi @Derzu.Omaia

you have to be a bit realistic and Deezer aren't going to spend money and developers precious time working on old out of date technology / operating system.

I know lots of app that now only work with iOS 10.. (including Netflix I think) unfortunately most modern tech has a limited life span 😞
I have paid through iTunes but have not been subscribed
