Opened my Deezer app today and noticed I lost half of my favourites and many more on different playlists . Over 400 songs .

What do I do to recover these songs ????

Yes, I meant iPhone, etc., and sorry for the jargon.

Previous comment by @jaime to recover complete playlists: Please follow the steps below in order to recover your playlists:

  1. Log in to your Deezer account from a computer
  2. Click on this link
  3. Click on the playlists that you want to recover

The user in question did not have access to a computer, and jaime was able to get them back for him.

 

Other users have reported random tracks going missing from iOS Favourites, and I’m told this may be due to running an outdated version of the Deezer app. You can see which version you’re running from Deezer Settings>About. I have 8.34.0.5 - may be worth checking.

Are you still investigating this bug? Found a fix? I cannot keep paying for a service that doesn’t work. I have to re-download recent albums each morning! Thanks

Still working on it @Arthur Ward thanks for the honest feedback!

We have a new release every couple of weeks so it'll eventually be sorted, I'm positive about it :relaxed:

It seems like I should be refunded for the month since the service is essentially unusable for me with this bug
