"Oops...The requested content is not loading"

I have already deleted, reinstalled, and re-logged into Deezer on my iPhone. However, after logging in, no songs will play. I just get the error message: "Oops...The requested content is not loading" constantly. In addition, all of my playlists are visible, but there are no tracks inside. My account works fine on my iPad and desktop computer. Why is this problem happening on the iPhone? Why can I not listen to any music on my iPhone?

Hi there, this is very strange. Can you please tell me which Deezer version and which iOS version you have installed on your iPhone? Does this happen in both Wifi and in mobile network or only in one of them?
Absolutely same issue. I'm using newest version of Waze, and iOS 10.3.2. It happens in both Wifi and in mobile network. Very stressful... Please help!!!

Perhaps you should try updating your iOS version and uninstalling/reinstalling the app to see if it helps. If it doesn't, please let me know 😉

Freaking me out!!!

Tried everything deleted and reinstalled the app 8 times, on all other devices works no problem. Never had a problem before. Using latest ios and Deezer version. 

Help Huston we have a problem!!

Is this happening to the same tracks? I've carried out some maintenance to your account to see if it helps.
