No internet connection on iPhone

When I want to use the Deezer app on my iPhone 6s it is really hard as the app says “no internet connection” very often although the internet connection is working fine! The watch app is also not so great, but on the watch that is normal I guess (original Apple Watch). But on iPhone the Deezer app is really the worst app I use, and I use it all day. It is slow and when I want to play in most cases it does not work first try (“no internet connection”). Searching is also often failing (“no internet connection”).

is there anything I can do to fix those issues? The app is extremely important, otherwise the subscription is worthless for me!

Hey @Appfel In order to take a shot at fixing the "No Internet Connection" error please try the following:

  1. Log out and turn off the app (make sure it is off in the background too)
  2. Turn off your WiFi
  3. Wait for about two minutes
  4. Restart the phone
  5. Enable WiFi
  6. Open the app and log in
Try reinstalling the app after restarting the device, the slowdown shouldn't happen with your phone specs.
