iphone storage full

I have an issue that seems to be quite the frustrating problem with more than just me. Deezer seems to aquire a heck of a lot of space! I’ve gone through and deleted playlist after playlist then song after song after once I got down to only one playlist and the storage didn’t change much at all. I mean I only seen like a max of .4 gigs change. After deleting as much as I have and only seeing that much space regained isn’t too eye opening to say the least. I’ve done the whole clearing the smart cache plenty of times, also have restarted my phone and also it’s always up to date as far as iOS versions and all apps. Where is all this supposed space that it’s taking up on my phone?!?!?!?!?! I really do love this app don’t get me wrong. I have used everything under the sun it seems like and this is one of my top ones. However if this can’t be resolved soon hopefully I’m afraid to tell y’all but I think I’m gonna go back to Spotify Premium or Pandora + once I jailbreak my iPhone again. Thank you and please do resolve this issue. Many would be very pleased I know and your guys fan base would multiply!

Have you tried to configure the app how much space to use ? See attached screenshot .
I'm using Android so the navigation might be different .
Go to "My music" and then to "Settings" . Choose "App settings" and scroll down . You will see smart cache space allocation . Try to reduce it and see if it helps .

Do not download songs until the time you close Wi-Fi because when you download songs space of your mobile is full even if your phone a new version

Yeah I’ve done all that! I stated this in my post. I said that I have done all that stuff. Turned phone off and on. Restarted the app. Screwed around with the smart cache. Deleted songs and playlists. Haven’t deleted all of them but I have deleted enough of them to hopefully make a difference and not much ever came about it.

Hi @Robert.Tindall it seems like you have not reinstalled the app. In the General settings in iPhone you can go to Storage and then to Deezer and click "offload app" this will delete all data of the app, but you can re-download it. Try that and see if this helps.
