Every single time when I open the app it says that something went wrong but when I click OK it does open the app. Is there a bug in the system? It’s pretty annoying...

when I come Home afterparty werk and start up deezer most of the times I have to wIt for several minutes or neer to start up deezer again to listen a chosen album
Ive had deezer for about a month now and it was great to start with but now it won’t let me search or download any songs. I’m connected to the internet and paying £12.99 a month for no music?

Op iphone loopt programma telkens vast.
Diverse keren app verwijderen en herplaatsen/inloggen, iphone herstarten en app, iphone uphraden werkt niet.
Na app herplaatsen werkt deze tot deze weer wordt uitgeschakeld, daarna moet deze worden herplaatst.
Wie kan me helpen? Ik ben voornemens abonnement op te zeggen en Spottify te nemen als dit aanhoudt.

For some reason when i am playing music the song run fast and keeps cutting parts over like the old ruined casettes

Okay, I warn you, and another problem, there is a small pause between songs, it's more noticeable in live albums, something that does not occur in spotfy and itunes, you are aware of this problem or it would be an improvement in the app?

You mean, the gap is more noticeable since the last update? Or do you just mean that there's no gapless playback? In the second case, we are aware of it and it's not been implemented yet, but we've already passed this feedback on to our team and hope this can be implemented in the future 🙂

Hi i have the same issue since a few days ago in my iPhone only with 4g network ! I follow all the steps, clean cache, delete app, turn off iphone, turn on, reinstall app! Nothing.. then update to the last ios firmware..nothing. Then reset iphone to fabric settings..nothing! I try other app with 4g network... spotify, youtube, foxplay, hbogo, applemusic... all works fine! deezer with wifi networks works fine... so i don’t know what’s else’s do....2 years as a premium user and this is the first issue... but it’s sucks! I don’t want cancel my subscription, because deezer platform is great..but if the issue persist i have to! Any solution

I'm sorry about that! Please make sure the app is updated with the latest version (6.39). Also, increase the cache. go to the settings > App and increase the cache to the limit. 😉

Doesn’t work! My app version is 6.39.0.6 the last one in app store! Also increase the cache to the limit 59.59gb ( iphone 64gb/ for this problem i restore the device)! Still with the same

Can you please post a screenshot of the error message you are getting? What carrier are you on?

My carrier is movistar ( chile), the same in 10 years! As a premium user, about 2 years, but with problems just two weeks... The average speed is 25mb!
