I pay monthly but can't access my favourites

When using my mobile I can’t access my favourite tracks.  I keep getting music I don’t really like at all. The tracks I’ve assembled over the years are no longer available to me.  Why is this and how do I get my favourites back?

@Kelland Hutchence: assuming you’re on the stable and latest version of the app and your last payment did actually go through.

It appears to be a corrupt cache issue, Try reinstalling the app and log back in and see if that solves your problem.

Can you also check if you can access your favourites on the Web app?
