Hi @Miclow,

Did you make sure the download of all the tracks was completed before trying to play offline?

Do you go to the Downloaded section in the Favorites tab to start the playback, or do you try from another screen of the app? Depending on the screen, being offline can block some actions. You should always go to the Downloaded section.

Hi @Miclow,

If you go in the Favorites tab, is it properly showing that you have a Premium account?

How many devices did you link with your Premium account? There is a limit of 3 devices on which you can have the download feature.

You should check in the app settings (Favorites tab, gear button, Connected devices) the number of  connected devices and unlink the devices you’re not using anymore.
