I get the error on Deezer app: "We couldn't load this page, you are currently offline"

I get the error that I am offline if I open the app while on Data, facing this issue since over an year. I am on the latest firmware of iOS on an iPhone with the latest version of Deezer. Have already tried deleting the app and installing it again. 

Its really starting to get on my nerves and might switch to Spotify

Hi @Adil Yaqoob 

 

Try this,

 

Please do the following in the exact order:-
make sure you're connected to a wifi network
log out of Deezer
uninstall Deezer
clean your phone's cache
remove the SD card (if you have one)
turn off your phone
turn on your phone
reinstall Deezer
Log in to Deezer
open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
reinsert the SD card (if you have one)

Log in to Deezer
