I can't listen to music on my Deezer iOS app

This is keep showing up every single time I tried to listen. I’ve also tried to uninstall and install the app, restarting the phone and log in and out

Sorry that's happening. I don't recognise what part of the app this is. Could you please confirm which version you have installed and also, the version of your iOS?

And what part of the app is showing this error message?

only happens when I try to listen to the music. Shows are doing fine.

Any type of music? I've carried out some maintenance in your account to see if it helps. Is there a way you can test on Deezer Web or desktop apps?

Do you have enough storage space on your phone? We haven't had this kind of issue reported recently, that's why we need more info.
