having trouble connecting to my Deezer on iPhone


Last few days not been able to get on to my Deezer on iPhone 

updates and all settings etc allowed network 

just goes into offline 

any ideas what’s up ?

I have a new iPhone 13 and it will not connect to deezer I’ve deleted the app turned the phone off then on reinstalled the app and it says on the Sony head unit unable to connect to deezer ? It worked fine before on an iPhone 11 in both cars  ???????

maps and phone all working on CarPlay just not Deezer ?????

This type of issue is generally limited to a particular mobile network.

Can you share the name of your mobile phone operator?

not working when connecting to mobile network 

All settings are where they should be 

and I have un installed app more than once 

mobile data full

its the local servers maybe I don’t know 

I’m having the same issue. On iPhone XR 

I can only connect to Deezer when connected to wifi will not connect at all via mobile data

I have a iPhone newly updated 

and it’s a Xs max
