having trouble connecting to my Deezer on iPhone

Last few days not been able to get on to my Deezer on iPhone 

updates and all settings etc allowed network 

just goes into offline 

any ideas what’s up ?

I’m having the same issue. On iPhone XR 

I can only connect to Deezer when connected to wifi will not connect at all via mobile data

Sorry to hear about that. In what iOS and iPhone model is this happening? Have you tried reinstalling our app?

I have a iPhone newly updated 

and it’s a Xs max 

I’m having the same issue. On iPhone XR

Still no luck 

not working when connecting to mobile network 

All settings are where they should be 

and I have un installed app more than once 

mobile data full 

 

I want my music back !! 
please help me 

seems more than one person is having this issue 

can we sort it out please ??

its the local servers maybe I don’t know

This type of issue is generally limited to a particular mobile network.

Can you share the name of your mobile phone operator?
