Harman Kardon Omni Controller App Deezer Problem


Hello. While i am listening music with my omni system, my songs always cut suddenly and skip to another song. I am using deezer integrated app. This situation happening just in Deezer. Spotify does not have this problem. Will you fix this problem?

Thanks for reaching us out about this. You mentioned an integrated app, could you please give us app and firmware versions so that we can look into it deeper?

I recommend you to restart your iPhone after reinstalling the app. It could help :wink:

Sorry for late reply. Yeah i mentioned an integrated app. Harman Kardon Controller app version is v.4.3.0

Have you contacted Harman Kardon about this? Perhaps there's an update that can solve the issue. If it's an integrated app, it's our API but they develop their app with it without our involvement :thumbsup_tone2:
